We are fully insured with Canal
Indemnity. This makes us one of the only moonwalk rental companies allowed
to setup in a Cobb County Park.
The current prices are listed with the
equipment. We also have Weekday Discounts.
We need to set up at least 1 hour prior
to your party. When you are finished we will come back for pickup.
We like to pick up before it gets dark.
If it rains you can cancel the
reservation prior to delivery. We do not have a cancellation fee and we refund the deposit.
We do. This is important because
many companies rent equipment without applying for a business license or paying
necessary taxes.
Jumpy Fun has been in business since
October 2001. Same name, phone number, web site and owners.
The $25 deposit can be
charged to your credit card or you can mail a check. It is
refundable except at time of delivery.
If you have a sprinkler system please notify the delivery person at the time of
setup. We are not responsible for any damage but we do use care to avoid
hitting the pipes.
Reservations can be canceled anytime
prior to delivery without fees or penalties for any reason.
Payments must be made at the time of
setup.
If equipment issues were to arise during
an event a staff member would try to assist over the phone. If the customer is
not satisfied Jumpy Fun will offer to come to the event site to correct the
concern.
No refunds are given after the event.
